Property Management PROPERTY INSPECTION SERVICE:
Annual subscription of €300(three hundred Euros) or the equivalent in Turkish Lira or G.B. Pounds, payable at the beginning of the contract.
Monthly property inspection after which a written report with photographs is forwarded to your email address. Inspection includes visual inspection of the exterior and interior of your property, check on all contents, and a security check.
Related fee: 300. per year.
CLEANING SERVICE:
Our cleaning services are provided by our Staff Members thus they are trustworthy and insured while they work on / in your property.
Our cleaning service charges are levied according to the size of your property.
The measurements and prices below include balconies and terraces, all cleaning materials and in house household laundry services including detergent, fabric conditioner and ironing.

60m² - 90m² (2 or 3 Bedroom) €65 Euros
91m²- 120m² (2 or 3 Bedroom) €70 Euros
121m² - 200 m² €80 Euros (3 or 4 Bedroom)
201m² - 225m² €90 Euros(4+ Bedroom)
226m²- 325m² €100 Euros (4+Bedroom)
Above rates refer to Kusadasi Centrum area and a 7km radius.
Management rates for properties outside this radius available upon request.
PRIVATE POOL MAINTENANCE SERVICE:
Due to the increasing number of Customers who are purchasing villas with a private pool we have recruited a reliable, experienced pool maintenance firm to provide an all year round pool maintenance service for our Customers.

PRIVATE GARDEN MAINTENANCE SERVICE:
While many estates have communal gardens an ever increasing number of developments have private gardens so our Gardening Team will maintain your beloved terra firma in your absence.

WELCOME PACK:
We can arrange a “welcome pack” for you / for your Guests consisting of essential food stuffs. (E.g. tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread etc.) and / cleaning goods. Particularly useful if your flights arrive in the early hours!

FLORAL SERVICE:
Would you like a welcoming floral arrangement in your home when you arrive/special occasion?
We can arrange this for you.

AIRPORT PICK UP & RETURN:
Max. 4 Persons - Licensed Airport pickup €62.50 / £55.00 from Izmir Airport. €105.00 / £92.50 from Bodrum International Airport, same fee payable on return. 2nd car available if required OR larger vehicle.
